We use carrier-calculated shipping, which means all rates are automatically determined at checkout based on your destination zip code, package weight, and the carrier’s current pricing.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery windows vary depending on the method selected at checkout and your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs, duties, and import fees are calculated at checkout when applicable.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Bradda Roy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as “delivered.”
If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier.
